Strike in Finland Update
The Industrial Union, the Trade Union Pro and the Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff, YTN in Finland have announced an extensive strike which has started today Monday 9th December and will last at least three days.

Holidays in December and January
The lead times of the goods traffic during Christmas and New Year will be impacted by the holidays.
The Postal Strike is over
The parties in the strike have come to an agreement and the strike is over. Also all support strikes have come to an end today
Unfortunately the parties in the strike haven’t found a solution to the conflict. This means that more support strikes have started today.
A separate mediation group has been nominated that tries its best to solve the situation and get the mediation done within three days.
Extension of strike
The parties in the ongoing postal strike have not yet reached an agreement. This means that the Finnish Seamen's Union strike has started today at 6 o’clock.

As from Thursday 21st of November at 06.00, the Seafarer's Union has announced that it will stop handling all trucks, tank trucks and trailers on the passenger and ropax ferries in the Finnish harbors.
